Trouble fetching information (Error: 5C).

same here it's really annoying, I can't even play normals, but PBE works fine for me [sg-lux-2]

I'd like to update you on this thing, I myself couldn't restart my router but it seems to fix it for most people. Either way, what did it for me is changing to a different network. I think there was some sort of update and some internet connections aren't updated? I hope you can restart your router or change your connection ^^

Has there been a fix? I have been having this issue after a game yesterday evening. I have tried the following

-Restarted both Router and Modem -Reinstalled league -Fixit tool -Ip release/renew -restarted computer -ran malwarebytes, and my antivirus -connected to a mobile hotspot

However, My client still gives me the error code :5c and will not let me play any draft pick/ranked solo-duo/or ranked flex games. My voice client does not work, and it appears like my profile has not fully loaded. Any assistance on this will be greatly appreciated. I saw the error over on the EU boards, I cannot be the only one on the NA servers having this issue.
