Didn't Receive Credit for Win

Right after me and my duo mate (Jammasterflexx) got done with a win, the server started acting up and shortly after they took it down...I've recently logged back in and have found that neither me or him have received credit for the win. Is this a bug that is happening to others or just our case specifically? Will we get credit for this or won't we? It was a promo match.
