Possible Fix to Patching issue, let me know if it works!

Sounds trivial and i'm sure some of you did this but i had it fail twice and then ran as an admin and it worked....If that doesn't work, try turning off your windows firewall via services.msc (not control panel) and then run as admin....ANY time i have patching issues this works for me...Possibly case specific but let me know if it works for you guys!!!
