Pick Champion Error

Hi, this is my first time posting anything in the forums before. But, apparently there was an error when I was trying to pick a champion. In ranked solo queue I was trying to pick Gnar and instead of Gnar hovering on my icon next to my name Evenlynn did. And whenever I clicked Gnar a message popped up saying "Error: this champion cannot be locked in" and then my client crashed. And oddly enough when I logged back in and queued up I apparently have been blocked from queuing for 30 minutes which is absurd. I made this post to 1) alert other people of this bug. And 2) to request that I may be unblocked from queuing if any Riot employee does see this. Thank you for your time
