The Ultimate Hat rune

The Ultimate Hate rune gave me no additional cooldown reduction besides the initial flat 5%. I am suppose to be getting additional 2% cooldown reduction upon each cast and it stacks 5 times. But, in my latest game with Rumble that lasted 42 minutes I used my ultimate several times and I noticed in game that I never received this additional cooldown reduction. And after the match I checked the runes stats for the match and it says "Total Bonus CDR: 0" next to the The Ultimate Hat rune.

That's weird. Every time you cast your ult it should go up 2% while on CD.

There are a lot of bugs right now with this new update. I D/Ced one game and all my rune numbers were reset during the game once I reconnected and I had no idea what the values where. Like how many times I procced Grasp or, because it was all at 0.
