Sion couldn't use q and r in last match.
In the last match Sion after leveling to 6 got bugged. He revived instantly or very fast and I couldn't use Q and R anymore.

It happens all the time. Just set it to quickcast and then back to normal. That should fix it.
They are aware of the problem and are working on it.
