Series Game Lose

So i was in my series games and had lost my first one, which i was decently upset about but that is not the issue here. I was like w/e it was only one game. I then proceeded to join another ranked game, or so i thought. After hitting accept the client turned black and I could do nothing but lose me series. If I wasn't angry before I am now, losing my series and losing LP for a bug? REALLY? This has never happened before and if it happens again then it is just pure crazy. Please fix this!
