Fiora haveing two different bugs

So i was playing a game the other day as Fiora on summoners rift and when walking out of base i was almost "lagging back to the base after i got to the inhib. I know i was not actually lagging because my teammates saw it as well.

The second bug was on the same map but after i team fight were i had flashed out i could not back until i used q again. I tried pressing the b button and also clicking the icon.

Sorry that i cannot provide more information but i was not streaming at the time and have no way to pull up a screen shot or video.
