Azir Issues

Ok, so I like many other people was extremely excited when Azir was announced and was passionate about trying to "master" him when he came out. However I quickly realized how glitchy, buggy, and unreliable he is. Wether it is having to rick click attack to use a soldier after every single time you move, his w, q, e combo not being smoothed out, attack range indications with his soldiers, the direction they move in with Q, and the biggest flaw of all, his ULT NOT WORKING, Azir is more or less broken. I have seen a ton of posts about Azir having issues especially since 4.19 dropped. Riot, we would really like to hear something from you guys regarding Azir. You gave us this awesome new champion, but with bugs and glitches everywhere. We understand maybe you guys were under too tight of a deadline, or changing content brought up new bugs, or only after Azir went live did some bugs come to light, but come one guys. It's November now and he was released September 16th. We would like some answers, at least a response of some kind acknowledging that there is a problem. Please help us out.
