keyboard issues

I recently posted that my keyboard stopped working randomly mid games, and tried resetting all settings to default.

However, this issue is still happening. It only happens in league, and not only does it stop me from doing anything in league, but everything on my computer.

When I quit league, my keyboard still does not work, meaning I have to restart my computer. This issue only starts to happen when I play LoL, and is quite infuriating.
