keyboard unresponsive

Randomly during the game, my keyboard stops working. This includes alt + tab, ctrl + alt + del, esc, alt + f4 and everything else. I cannot use my skills, neither can I chat.

This is a serious bug that has lost me quite a few games already.

I have also tried other games, and have no issues with this outside of league.
