Gragas q bug

i was playing gragas and couldnt q after like 30 minutes in game no my "q" button isnt broken because it is right here [q] i tried to hit it in the abilities task bar and it still wouldnt cast it was stuck on the second part of the ability where it says "press q again to make the barrel explode" i hope u can solve the issue
