Alistar Bug

When i try to get the alistar skin "unchained alistar" it give me and error message saying "There was an error adding the Alistar skin to your account. Please try again later." Is this due to the help and support center being down?

Please get back to me on how to fix this if not.

I actually had that problem last week. Send in a support ticket at support.riotgames.com and then they can just add it to your account. They're really nice people so no hard times or stress :)
