Sion Snowball Item Bug

So I was playing a game as AP Sion, and i witnessed something I did not expect and was confused about until friends pointed it out. When Sion dies he looses half of the stacks on either of these items, but when he goes into passive and dies it counts as loosing another half of the stacks. Resulting in going from 20 stacks to 5 stacks. Making players sad. Riot just wanted to point this out! Thank You!!
