Xin's Q is broken

Xin's Q should knock up the enemy champ/minion on the third auto attack but since the new patch every time I play or see Xin it doesn't work at all or it only works on occasion. This is quite annoying and I hope you guys see this soon so it can be disabled because it causes many problems in game. Thank You!
