[CLIENT] Midnight to 1AM in notification timestamps is denoted as 24:xx rather than 00:xx

Obviously a minor bug. For example, if I get a notification at 14 minutes past midnight, it will be stamped as "24:14" rather than "00:14". This is contrary to every time representation system I've ever seen, and it makes intuitive sense to start the day at 00:00 rather than at 24:00.

How to reproduce: have a friend invite you to a game between midnight and 1AM.
