[GAMEPLAY] Ability rank-up icon persists after using all available skill points

This occurred as Vi on Howling Abyss, though I suspect it's not necessarily tied to that champion and map.

After allotting all of my starting skill points in quick succession, the rank-up icon persisted. The last of the three abilities ranked up was the one affected. It remained there for the rest of the game. I have never seen this bug otherwise, even when ranking up abilities in a similar way.
