Thresh lantern get's enemies stuck

Hello, I have been playing with Jinx and this has only happened to me while playing her.

For several games, I would say 30% of the time, whenever an enemy Thresh drops a lantern to save another champion, I get stuck, I cannot move from the position I was or attack anyone until they grab the lantern or it dissapears, my champion wont even attack anyone even if I'm right next to it.

I have noticed I have right clicked the lantern that it's when this occurs (perhaps this is triggering the bug, registering the right click as if I was taking it), doesn't matter where I stand, I will get stuck in position until it dissapears.

This has happened for quite a few games in the last week and also yesterday and today, sadly I have no pictures or video to back it up.

I will try to get a recording if this happens to me again.
