Big text apperead blinking covering my whole screen

While playing aram, after a kill I got, a big text apperead blinking covering my whole screen, I saw a big "F" and very slowly started to zoom out until the second screen shot, I couldn't see anything and did not stop until the game ended.

My guess is that the text is "League of Legends".
