Game freezes when I click on anything (Find Match, Loot etc.)

Hello, so for the past few days (three or so) I can't play LoL because everytime I click on the "Find match" button the game completely freezes and I have to close it using the task manager. Same goes for when I click on loot or basically any other button that should take me further than the welcome screen. There is no pop-up saying that the game froze, the cursor simply becomes the regular windows cursor and that's how I know everything froze. I've tried un-installing and re-installing the game and even that didn't work.

Idk if that's relevant information but in the task manager I then have to end 4 different processes: LeagueClientUxRender.exe *32, LeagueClient.exe *32, LeagueClientUx.exe *32 and another LeagueClientUxRender.exe *32.

Please help!
