Thresh Relic Shield Bug
the relic shield doesn't let you finish minions. meaning you auto kill minions below X health doesn't work with thresh as of lately. i have to stop using him because of this gold killing bug

Because thresh is ranged and it only works for melee
Thresh is a ranged champion, so the passive doesn't proc with his auto attacks.
As the others said, you can't proc the execute function with him (since he's considered Ranged). Don't forget that you can, however, still get the gold share and heal if you last hit. Just let your E charge up to make last hitting easier; Relic Shield line is still a good choice for him.
