Ornn Ultimate Knock-Up Does Not Benefit From Brittle Stacks

This bug is pretty trivial to test on your own; simply grab a stopwatch and cast Ornn's ultimate on targets and observe the knock-up duration. I tested every combination of Brittle stacks with both the E and R to see what Brittle was actually affecting.

TLDR: Both hits of Ornn's ult apply Brittle, the 2nd cast makes the "consume Brittle sound effect" for max HP% damage like E does, however its CC isn't extended nor are the marks actually consumed despite dealing the max HP% damage.

Summary: Brittle on Ornn can stack up to two times, and his E (Searing Charge) knock-up does benefit from Brittle stacks in addition to consuming them for the Maximum HP % damage (the 1 second knock-up, as expressed in the tooltip, can be extended to 1.3 or 1.6 seconds depending on how many Brittle stacks you apply). However, Ornn's ultimate deals the max % damage and makes the sound effect as though it were consuming Brittle on the knock-up landing, however both stacks will remain on the target and the ultimate knock-up cannot be extended in any way whatsoever. It will always be 1.5 seconds even if you pre-apply Brittle .

I believe I know why this happens; the way the game "extends" the CC via Brittle of Ornn's E is by tacking on a .3 or .6 second stun at the end of the knock-up and consuming the stacks. However, the ultimate's knockup neither consumes Brittle despite the sound effect and additional damage nor adds any additional CC time (particularly noticeable as the "Stun" bar doesn't appear after the "Knock-Up" bar depletes as it does with E). If this is intentional there seems to be no wording anywhere in Ornn's tooltips to suggest it's intended to act this way. The ultimate will always leave targets hit twice by it with two stacks with none consumed, and the CC duration of the ultimate knock-up is always 1.5 seconds regardless of Brittle stacks or if you hit them with the first cast of it or not (including having an existing W stack on the target already).

I understand if this is simply a "wordy tooltip" issue and Ornn's ultimate is intended to operate in a unique way, though I thought it was odd enough to be worth mentioning as it could "lure" players into fishing for a risky W before the ult believing they are extending the duration of their knock-up.

I beleive this is intended. Tenacity does not affect knockups and suspensions, so it makes sense the anti-tenacity status of Brittle does not either.
