[GAMEPLAY] Sterak's Gage Shield Does Not Proc On Kled

As the title explains, currently on LIve Sterak's Gage is broken with Kled. While the effect technically procs on losing enough life, the only effects occurring are the additional base AD and size. You get no shield, at all, regardless of bonus health. The bug is extremely easy to reproduce; just buy a Sterak's Gage and proc the passive (you can do it instantly in Practice Mode). It is 100% a trap item at the moment on him. I even tested the Gage to see if the shield was simply "invisible" (not visually displaying but the shield was still applying) and it isn't, you take full damage and never receive any shield whatsoever.

I am almost certain the reason this is happening is that with the update from total health to bonus health Sterak's Gage was never coded to check for bonus health being applied only to Skaarl (since while Kled as a champion buys and benefits from bonus health, the game does not apply it to Kled's health bar but Skaarl's). Since it isn't coded to apply to he himself the game thinks he has 0 bonus health no matter how much bonus health he builds in regards to Sterak's Gage. The Gage needs to be coded to check either the health of Skaarl (which bonus health is forcefully applied to) or both of them (for posterity, in case Kled is changed in the future), not simply Kled himself.
