Got charged twice for a gift +Error

I tried to gift a 1350 rp skin to a friend but i got charged for twice the amount after getting an error.I closed the client and reopened it but the problem still persists.Anyone with a similar issue?Any way to get a refund?I wanted 1350 to buy a skin for myself but now it's all gone and I dont even know if my friend got his gift.

Store issues yesterday. Bought Jinx skin, RP taken, no skin in sight. Shows up on purchase history, can't refund it (error message pops up). If I lost money like this, I will get really mad.
