not able to use abilities
I was playing (Varus) on my level 4 account and at some point of the game, I cant use my q and i also tried to click the icon but it wouldnt activate. Plz help (this had happen to me once in season 3).

This is, at this time, a well known bug and regularly experienced bug with champions with charged abilities (Vi, Varus, Xerath). Several threads exist on this subject and I've seen only one solution offered so far - though I have yet to try it myself.
A player told me they cleared the bug by activating smart-cast, attempting to use the ability (which should work since smart casting a charged ability skips the charge phase), then changing back to normal cast.
If you try this, let me know if it works or not.
Just had this happen as Vi in an ARAM, on NA. Her Q wouldn't charge after a teamfight and death at enemy base. Respawning didn't clear it.
