[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Autoattack/Steel Tempest Bug

On Yasuo, theres a frustrating bug, often occuring after the use his Ultimate/Flash in combination with Steel Tempest (Q Spell). It basically prevents you from dealing any damage with AA's for like 2 seconds, which is pretty horrendous for an AA-based Assassin like Yasuo.
