[GAMEPLAY] Sion & Jayce Lagspikes

For quite a while there are two annoying Lagspike "bugs" going on with Jayce & Sion. As soon as Sion's passive runs out, every Player on the rift has like a ~0.1 second freeze frame. A similar issue on Jayce, everytime he switches back into Hammer form, all players are experiencing a short lagspike. They're really annoying to deal with, especially if you main one of these champions. All of my friends have those lagspikes aswell.
