[Bug] More Syndra Bugs

So, I understand there are probably multiple reports on the Syndra bugs, but I believe I found a new one.

I picked up a super minion (that should have probably already died) with a maxed out W (so a nearby sphere was also picked up) after grabbing the minion and nearby sphere, her W went on cooldown and I was still holding the minion and sphere. I was not able to perform the second cast of her W (throwing the picked-up minion and sphere).

I wish I had video of the incident, but I don't.

This, to me, is a champion-breaking bug which only adds to her list of current champion-breaking bugs.

As a side note, she is basically not worth playing considering, with all of her bugs, she is unreliable and it's a gamble when picking her.
