Loading screen displaying PROJECT : Jhin's splash art with its border....that I don't own.

Today I encountered a pretty special bug.
When I launched a Practice Tool game with PROJECT : Jhin, the loading screen displayed the image below :
( the loading screen itself was normal )

I do not own PROJECT : Jhin's border, ( I'd love to though ) so why is it displayed on the login screen?

I've never had anything like this happen before.
Just to make sure it only affects this skin's set, I locked in Miss Fortune with the Gun Goddess skin : no border. PROJECT : Vayne? No border either.
Has anyone encountered such a thing? I mean, I'm all for keeping it, but it's weird.
I closed League of Legends and launched it again : the border is still there. I've even done a Full Repair.
Nope, still there. I rebooted my PC. You guessed it, it's still there.

Perhaps my whole profile has too much Jhin in it... ( though to reach perfection, I should have only 4's in it. )
- PROJECT : Jhin splash art
- PROJECT : Jhin icon
- Mastery 6 Jhin ( It's not 4, but I was ( still am ) so goddamn happy to have reached it )
- Honor 4
- 4 chests available
- Level 64 ( there's a 4 in it. That's what matters. )
- 62 Mastery Score : 6 - 2 = 4 ( I'm going a bit far with this one, but hey, whatever works, right? )
I went off topic for a bit, my apologies.
My premade KagureNai, who also has PROJECT : Jhin, tried it too : they had no border.
I'd also like to say that I didn't check if the border was still there in Ranked on in Normals since I'm having a bit of an issue with my ping since yesterday. ( I don't wanna possibly have a bad game because of lagging spikes + ruin the games for others just to see if an innocent bug is still there )
I may update this thread if anything new comes by.

I think I finally know how the bug works.
I just tried something : Selected the PROJECT : Vayne icon as my Summoner Icon, then locked in PROJECT : Vayne in Practice Tool.

It seems that on the PROJECT : HUNTERS skins, if you have the icon of one of the three PROJECT : HUNTERS skins on AND you pick the skin that goes with it, you'll get a border.
If we resume :
- To get the PROJECT : Jhin border, you must have the PROJECT : Jhin icon and PROJECT : Jhin's skin on.
- To get the PROJECT : Vayne border, you must have the PROJECT : Vayne icon and PROJECT : Vayne's skin on.
- To get the PROJECT : Vi border, you must have the PROJECT : Vi icon and PROJECT : Vi's skin on.
I didn't try with Vi since I neither own the skin nor the Champion, but I am pretty sure it will work.
My premade tried locking in PROJECT : Zed with the PROJECT : Zed icon, and it didn't work. Seems like only the PROJECT : HUNTERS skins are affected by this bug.
I'd also like to add, as someone in the comments mentionned it :
##If you do not have the PROJECT icon on ( Jhin, Vayne, Vi ), your border won't appear on the login screen, even if you own it.
