Apparently my profile is broken? Please help me!

Hello everyone!

Ever since my transfer to the NA server, my profile has been acting extremely weird, with things such as oversized runes, huge profile picture, not displaying masteries appropriately, not displaying champions at all. My chat is broken in a way that it repeats the messages that I sent before and in addition adds the new message. Although it does not prevent gameplay and does not affect anything at all, not being able to create new mastery pages and edit rune pages is extremely annoying. Also Im not able to accept game invitations.

Everytime my friend visits my profile his client gets broken, and he needs to restart.

I have reinstalled the game, and also did the "Repair" thing, but nothing seemed to work.

Please help me!
