Zed W Q bug

I noticed this in my games with zed on the pbe and live that his shadow Q doesn't come out when you throw out his W first. I think the bug fix is causing this. Normally you would use W then Q immediately and the shadow would throw out a shuriken but now its not doing that. rito pls fix
