New Death Recap is not right

There must be some serious mistakes in Riot's coding of the new death recap.

Every time I die to Vayne and Thresh in the botlane it says Tryndamere also assisted in the kill, but Tryndamere was ganking toplane the whole time and had abaolutely no involvement with my death. And the death recap says tryn dealt 2331 physical dmg through an "unknown source".

It seems like if there are less than 3 people involved in a kill, the death recap will fill up the remaining spot(s) with random enemies that has no participation at all.

For all the hype around a new death recap, so far im bitterly disappointed.
