Incomplete patching for 5.4. Stuck on either 33% or 99%. HELP

Can't seem to still pass the installation of the patch. Either its stuck in 33 or 99%, or it crashes and gives me an Bug Splat error message. Even if I send the report, I can't even get any help from it and it returns me back to the LoL Support page. Not helping. Need legitimate advice how to fix it.

  1. Uninstall League Of Legends
  2. Go into your C drive and search "League" delete everything you see
  3. Go into your C drive and search "Riot" delete everything you see
  4. Completely restart your computer
  5. Re-install League Of Legends
