Patch 5.4 BROKEN / CRASH / BUGSPLAT / WILL THIS COUNT AS A LEAVEBUSTER?

So it seem's I am not the only one with a crash, bug splat, and patching problem.

From my experience, it started after I was going to play as Khazix, after the game was about to load up, I was sent into the " game crash, reconnect " notification. I reconnected countless times until the other match was over. At first I thought, "maybe Khazix was just broken". So I searched up another game and decided to play Blitzcrank. Didn't think I would return back into the same problem. I tried many of the trouble shooting that Riot Tech Support recommended. From screen resolution, firewalls, update graphics card, divx, etc, none prevail. So instead, what I did was uninstall the program and re-install the game. After waiting hours of installing the game, each time I try to get it complete, either the installation crashes (blue screen of death), or notifies me an error in updating the patch.

I don't know what's the issue and I can't find any other way how to get this program running or even finish installing. I hate having to see my screen crashes into a blue screen constantly from trying to get it to work. If anybody have any recommended ideas how or any news about the new patch, please respond back. It would be appreciated a lot to not only me but also the community of the LoL board forum.
