Taliyah's Q

I can't tell if this is a bug or not because of how long it's been on live, but Taliyah's Q is acting up a bit.

When hitting things like Zyra's plants or Malz's voidings even if she hits multiple Qs it only does 1 damage.

It also doesn't stop Miss fortunes passive movement speed, I don't know if they changed this to have AoEs to stop effecting it, or if it's simply another battle mage getting the short end of the nerfing stick-
