Runaan's Hurricane

Runaan's hurricane is not always firing the extra bolts. It appears to drop the extra bolts after you kill a target and autoattack towards the next one sometimes. It mostly appears to drop the firing of extra bolts at long range such as jinx rocket form.

I have noticed the same issue with Kayle and Runaan. I built nashor, guinsoo and runaan but the runaan's extrabolts do not get launched sometimes, which was not an issue during Season 5
