My mastery emote wont pop up

So, since the new patch with 6.9 and all the mage updates and stuff, right updated, everytime i played zed, and im a lvl 5 zed. So i have the emote, it doesnt pop up no matter if i press the key or not, it doesnt work, pls explain

so i just played a game with an azir, and he also said that the mastery emote wont pop up to, im not sure what this means but if they removed the emote im ded
