Yasuo particle fix

So the high noon and project skins are missing particles on the knockup and autos for yasuo. if you look at footage from season 4 high noon yasuo and release project partcles to todays you can clearly see the difference. Please riot fix this the skins feel so much better with the effects. I used to could install them myself but it was considered a custom skin and as we all know it is rip. Please and thank you.
