Yasuo High noon Chroma bug - Reverting to Standered skin During E-Q imput

Alright so I was playing yas with the high noon chroma and I noticed that every time I would e q it would revert to the original high noon skin. to recreate this I spammed eq and what I learned is that it would ONLY revert to the standard skin when I Imput the q during the e early. On yas there is a brief window during e when u can imput command the Q for the spin. Once I did this I noticed that I could make the standard skin appear for a longer duration by imputing q immediately after e. I think the bug lies in the q command during the E and with a response I could link some gameplay footage.

ALSO, I have already brought up missing particles. The classic is also missing the e q spin particles and I REALLY wish rito would fix. High noon yas is the most satisfying skin IN THE GAME to style on people with and I just wish I felt like It should. ( High noon missing ALOT of particles) PLZ RITO
