Lux's 'e' had no mana cost and I could not cast the spell at all.

This was reported earlier this week with gragas Q. Both had no mana and couldn't be cast.

Bump, this bug just happened to me aswell. Can't cast e for the rest of the game, relogging doesnt help. Not fixed.
