Cinderhulk bug

I've been having a problem lately about enemies having 1 health left after fights. Then when I jungled as Nunu, I built a cinderhulk for who knows why and there was this jungle camp left with just one health. While the camp was attacking me (Having cinderhulk going all out) the minion continued to live having only 1 health.
