champ select bug and problems with the new champ select

there is a bug where if you have no skin and trade champs with a player who has a skin for their champ when yall switch the person with no skins gets to use a random skin for that champion it sometimes makes you play with the defult skin when you already have a skin. riot can you fix your champ select where you can can get the lane you want and not have to pick 2 lanes cause today i have got 5 different games a person would be "top only" when they get bot lane and its bad enough i have to wait 20 mins to find people who know how to lock in.
