[GAMEPLAY] Zilean passive causes E ability to self-cast

On Zilean, when you're about 1000 units away from an ally who is eligible to be leveled up by Zilean's passive, if you spam right-click the champion while too far to cast the passive, Zilean casts his E ability on himself. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and the action is not difficult to reproduce.
