Zac E falling short
Straight forward. Playing zac and the bug started around the time I hit lv 9. My E would only go half the distance I point it towards even when fully charged.

It would help if you had a video of the bug in action. Something to keep in mind about Elastic Slingshot, is that it does not work like placing wards over a wall. If you place a ward on a wall, it will teleport to the other side if it is over half way there. With Zac Elastic Slingshot, if you are not entirely over the wall, you will fall short, even if you are only off by a little bit. I have had extremely short jumps happen because of this.
