Lobby lag and Freezing

Is anybody else having trouble when getting into the lobby of a ranked queue? Once somebody's timer has gone down to zero the whole lobby freezes and then blames it on me for leaving the Lobby and makes me wait before I can re-queue again. My ping is perfectly fine so it can't be lag, was just wondering if anybody else is having this problem?
