trynda ult Guardians Angel bugged since ... always?

kinda feel bad for those first time tryndameres who buy ga and then pop up the ult when dying. not only in negates the effect of ult and ga passive activates instantly but you won't even get the 30% health on resurrection. so maybe try and fix it already?
