[GAMEPLAY] Can't use hover minimap to trigger Nocturne's ult dash

In previous patches I could use the minimap to hover over the target who I wanted to ult with Nocturne's Paranoia. I play with screen locked and in this patch I have to unlock click the mini map, get vision, and then I can ult. In this patch hovering over the target in the minimap and clicking R again to dash does not dash to the garget. Has anyone else noticed this bug?
