Shop says halloween skins are available, but they aren't

The featured section of my store in the client says that the Legacy halloween skins are available, but I can't find or buy any of them.

Thats because there is likely a patch in about 12 hours. They are doing small additions previous to it that are often less noticeable so that when the stuff IS available... then it is easier to get the game up again.
Or they are just wanting to add stuff little by little so that the game can stay up and running during the additions being put in.
think u have to wait till 5pm
