New patch issues

Just checking to see if anybody else is having the same issue. If riot jumps in on this, thats cool too.

I've been having issues with this patch. I download/install the patch, the game loads, I log in; cool. The next time I attempt to open the game, it freezes on the pre-login screen League emblem; not cool. About 15min of waiting, and I give the three finger salute (ctrl alt del for those who don't know, /sarc or are uncultured /sarc...), and close the application. I restart the application, and it gives me a message along the lines of "removed the patch, using older version to open, now downloading newest patch". Download, install. Login, game. cycle repeats itself again when I try to re-log. Anybody?
