[Gameplay] Wards can make turret indicators green

1. Enter a Co-Op vs AI game or a custom
2. Place a ward in turret range. Trinket ward works. Pink ward works. Upgraded blue trinket "ward" untested. At this point the turret indicator should remain yellow.
3. Enter turret range. The indicator will turn red.
4. Step out of turret range. The indicator will turn green.
